Installation Process

Concrete Preparation
Diamond grinding creates the proper surface profile to ensure maximum bond strength and long-term performance.

100% Solids Epoxy
A 100% solids epoxy primer is applied to provide a durable foundation with excellent adhesion and mechanical strength.

Terrazzo Mixture
The selected terrazzo aggregates are blended with 100% solids epoxy, then poured onto the floor and hand-troweled to a smooth, level finish.

Grout Filler
Once cured, the terrazzo is ground with progressively finer diamonds, then densified for a smooth, seamless finish.

Sealer
Once the densifier dries, the floor is polished with progressively finer diamonds and sealed for added protection.
