Why we use epoxy and urethane cement systems in aviation & aerospace areas
CUSTOMIZABLE
At Brilliant Epoxy Floors, we meticulously designed an extensive selection of customizable flooring solutions tailored specifically for aerospace applications. No matter what your flooring requirements may be, we offer the perfect solution to not only meet, but exceed your unique requirements. In addition, we maintain a diverse inventory of pigments and flake blends, allowing you to achieve your desired aesthetic with precision.
DURABILITY & LOAD RESISTANCE
Ideal for withstanding the immense weights of aircraft and the continuous traffic of maintenance equipment, our aerospace floors are engineered to resist cracking and peeling under extreme pressure, ensuring a durable surface that can handle heavy loads.
CHEMICAL & OIL RESISTANCE
Our advanced aviation systems withstand a broad spectrum of aviation-related chemicals, including Skydrol, jet fuels, and various other substances. Our systems provide an effective barrier, preventing these chemicals from infiltrating your concrete substrate.
NON-YELLOWING
Every aerospace floor in our lineup is meticulously formulated with UV inhibitors, serving as a protective shield against harmful UV rays that can degrade the flooring over time.
SAFETY & LOW MAINTENANCE
All hangar and aerospace floors are enhanced with either GlassGrip™ or SapphireClad™ technology. These innovative additives ensure a non-slip surface that's easy to clean, ultimately contributing to the floor's longevity and reducing maintenance expenses.
ENHANCED VISABILITY
Our solid colored and seamless floor options aids in better visibility of tools, equipment, and aircraft components, thereby reducing the risk of accidents and improving operational efficiency.
