Installation Process
01 - Concrete Preparation
Industrial diamond grind the concrete to a csp 3+
02 - 20% Acrylic Sealer
Once the surface is clean and dry, a 20% solids acrylic sealer is applied as the base coat to protect against moisture and stains while enhancing durability.
03- 30% Acrylic Sealer
After the base coat dries, a 30% solids acrylic top coat is applied to provide added protection, a high-gloss finish, and easier maintenance.

Installation Process
01 - Concrete Preparation
Industrial diamond grind the concrete to a csp 3+
02 - Polyurea
Once dry, a layer of polyurea is applied to provide fast-curing protection against chemicals, abrasion, and moisture while strengthening the concrete.
03- Urethane + High Wear Additive
After the base coat dries, apply a top coat of high-performance urethane. This top coat is extremely chemical-resistant. Either GlassGrip™ or SapphireClad™ is mixed into the urethane to increase wearability.
