Installation Process

01

Concrete Preparation

We begin by industrial diamond grinding the concrete to a CSP 3+ profile, creating the ideal surface for maximum epoxy adhesion and long-term durability.

02

100% Solids Epoxy

A layer of 100% solids pigmented epoxy is applied to provide a durable foundation with excellent strength and adhesion.

03

Flake Broadcast

Acrylic flakes are fully broadcast into the epoxy to provide texture, visual appeal, durability, and slip resistance.

04

100% Solids Polyspartic

The flakes are scraped smooth and sealed with a clear 100% solids polyaspartic coat to enhance durability and appearance.

05

100% Solids Polyaspartic

A final 100% solids polyaspartic top coat provides additional protection, durability, and a long-lasting finish.
