Concrete Prep & Patching
We begin by industrial diamond grinding the concrete to a CSP 3 surface profile, ensuring optimal conditions for maximum epoxy mechanical bonding. This meticulous surface preparation is crucial for the long-term durability of the metallic epoxy system. We employ Terrco industrial grinders, renowned for their superior performance and industry-leading quality.

100% Solids UV Epoxy with Metallic Powders
Your chosen metallic powders are then blended into a 100% solids UV clear epoxy, creating a vibrant colored mixture. This tinted epoxy is then poured over the initial epoxy layer and skillfully swirled to achieve a stunning, intricate design.

100% Solids Epoxy Base Coat
Next, a layer of 100% Solids Pigmented Epoxy is then applied to the prepped concrete. The 100% solids formulation means there are no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released during application, making it an environmentally friendly option that also reduces health risks for installers and occupants.

Urethane Top Coat
Finally, the floor is top coated with a layer of High-Performance Urethane that contains either our GlassGrip or DiamondWear additive. This protective layer is meticulously engineered to shield your floor from wear and tear, ensuring long-lasting durability and resilience.

The design features a base of Arctic White metallic epoxy ribboned with Deep Teal pigments, creating a high-contrast, marbleized finish that perfectly complements the home’s vibrant, coastal-inspired interior accents and unique glass installations.
