Installation Process

Concrete Preparation

We begin by industrial diamond grinding the concrete to a CSP 3 surface profile, ensuring optimal conditions for maximum epoxy mechanical bonding.

100% Solids Epoxy

A layer of 100% solids pigmented epoxy is applied to provide a durable foundation with excellent strength and adhesion.

Decorative Quartz Broadcast

Decorative quartz granules are fully broadcast into the epoxy to provide texture, visual appeal, durability, and slip resistance.

100% Solids Polyaspartic

The granules are scraped smooth and sealed with a clear 100% solids polyaspartic coat to enhance durability and appearance.

Decorative Quartz Broadcast

While the polyaspartic is still wet, another broadcast of decorative quartz is performed. This layer of granules further enhances the slip resistance and strength of the floor.
