The Challenge
The Art Factory needed a flooring system that could withstand constant foot traffic, equipment movement, and the demands of an active neon sign fabrication shop. The floor also needed to complement the facility's creative atmosphere while providing a durable, easy-to-maintain surface throughout the 2,300-square-foot workspace.
The Solution
We installed our BC-4EFPP system including:
- Industrial diamond grinding to a csp 3
- 100% Solids Epoxy base and build coat
- Acylic Flake full broadcast
- Grout coat of 100% Solids Polyaspartic
- Top coat of 100% Solids Polyaspartic
The Result
We installed a seamless full-chip broadcast epoxy flooring system across 2,300 square feet. The decorative finish delivers long-term durability, improved resistance to daily wear, and a clean, professional appearance that enhances the workspace while standing up to the demands of manufacturing custom neon signs.
