The Challenge
The Papa John’s production room required a flooring system that could withstand constant foot traffic, rolling equipment, spills, and frequent cleaning while maintaining a safe, slip-resistant surface. The existing floor also needed a durable finish capable of handling the demanding conditions of a fast-paced food production environment.
The Solution
We installed our BC-4EAPP system including:
- Industrial diamond grinding to a csp 3
- 100% solids epoxy base and build coat
- Aggregate Sand broadcast
- Grout coat of 100% Solids Polyaspartic
- Top coat of 100% Solids Polyaspartic
The Result
The completed flooring system delivered a seamless, slip-resistant surface built to handle the daily demands of a busy food production facility. With enhanced durability, chemical resistance, and easy maintenance, the new floor provides long-term performance while allowing for a quick return to service.
