Nikola Motors required a 6,400 SQFT flooring system specifically designed for ESD performance, while also addressing existing concrete defects like saw cuts, divots, and surface imperfections. Ensuring proper static control alongside a durable, seamless finish was critical for the space.
The Solution
We installed a flooring system that includes:
- Shot blast concrete to a CSP 4
- Base coat of 100% Solid Epoxy
- Coat of 100% Solid Epoxy
- Top coat of ESD Urethane
The Result
