The Challenge
The Lucid Motors wash exit area faced constant water exposure, chemical runoff, and heavy vehicle traffic, leading to slip risks and potential coating failure.
The Solution
We installed our BC-4EAPP-High Traction system including:
- Industrial diamond grinding to a csp 3
- 100% solids epoxy base and build coat
- Aggregate Sand broadcast
- Grout coat of 100% Solids Polyaspartic
-Top coat of 100% Solids Polyaspartic
The Result
We installed a high-performance automotive flooring system, repairing all defects with 100% solids epoxy before applying a multi-layer epoxy and polyaspartic system with a full aggregate broadcast. The final 100% solids polyaspartic topcoats created a seamless, non-slip surface built for moisture, chemicals, and heavy use.
