The Challenge
Foresight Technology needed to transform an aging manufacturing facility floor into a clean, aesthetically pleasing surface while maintaining ongoing operations. The concrete was covered with heavy pressure-sensitive adhesive residue that required complete removal before the floor could be refinished. To minimize disruption to production, the project was carefully phased and completed one half of the facility at a time.
The Solution
We installed our CT-2AsAs
system including:
- Industrial diamond grinding to a csp 3
- Acrylic Sealer prime coat
- Acrylic Sealer top coat
The Result
Brilliant Epoxy Floors successfully removed the adhesive contamination and restored the concrete with a grind-and-seal finish. The completed floor provided Foresight Technology with a brighter, more professional-looking manufacturing environment that is easy to maintain and built to withstand daily industrial use. By phasing the installation, the facility remained operational throughout the project with minimal impact on production.
