The Challenge
Fogo de Chão required a high-performance flooring system capable of withstanding the demands of a commercial kitchen, including heavy foot traffic, thermal shock, and constant exposure to moisture and cleaning. The floor also needed to provide slip resistance while maintaining a clean, hygienic environment.
The Solution
We installed our SL-5UcQEQP system including:
- Shot blast concrete to a csp 4+
- Urethane cement slurry
- Decorative Quartz broadcast
- 100% Solids Epoxy
- Decorative Quartz broadcast
-Top coat of 100% Solids Polyaspartic
The Result
The completed floor delivers a seamless, non-porous surface that supports a hygienic, easy-to-clean environment essential for food and beverage operations. The textured quartz system provides enhanced slip resistance, while the urethane cement base ensures long-term durability under heavy use—creating a safe, resilient floor built for commercial kitchen performance.
