System
Striping CT-1E

The Challenge

As part of a new Daimler Trucks warehouse construction project, clear and durable safety striping was required to support warehouse operations. The project was completed in an active construction environment with numerous contractors working simultaneously. Additionally, the concrete had been previously densified, and grinding was not permitted by the general contractor, creating adhesion challenges for the striping system.

The Solution

We installed our Striping

CT-1E system:

- Clean the floor to ensure it's free from dirt and debris

- Apply a strip of 100% Solids Epoxy

The Result

The completed striping system delivered highly visible traffic lanes, pedestrian walkways, and safety markings designed to support safe warehouse operations. By utilizing specialized surface preparation methods and high-performance coating materials, the striping achieved excellent adhesion despite the densified concrete substrate. The result was a durable, long-lasting striping system that met the operational requirements.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

Surface prep to final coat, executed by in-house crews
