The Challenge
This luxury Scottsdale casita required a flooring solution that would elevate the space beyond standard finishes and serve as a true design feature. The homeowners wanted a custom, high-end look that complemented the home’s vibrant, coastal-inspired interior while maintaining durability and ease of maintenance.
The Solution
We installed our Metallic Mosaic system including:
- Industrial diamond grinding to a csp 3
- Pigmented 100% solids epoxy base coat
-UV Clear 100% solids epoxy with metallic powders
- Chemical-resistant urethane top coat
The Result
The completed floor delivers a seamless, glass-like surface with a striking marbleized effect that immediately enhances the space with depth and luxury. Beyond its visual impact, the non-porous finish provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface that performs exceptionally well in Arizona’s climate—creating a functional yet artistic statement for guests.
