Our Residential Limited warranty is for a term of 10 years. Brilliant Epoxy Floors Inc. warranties that the epoxy flooring will not chip, peel, or delaminate. Delaminating caused by “Hot Tire pick up" should not occur. This defect is fully covered and will be repaired. Unless otherwise specified, corrected area's will be specific to the area needing correction, or at the discretion of the contractor. Color fade will occur quicker with basic epoxy flooring system and will not be a warrantable situation. The portion of concrete that extends out side the closed garage door will also fade from the intense Arizona sun. This is also a normal wear and tear and is non-warrantable. Cracking and slab separation is caused by factors beyond Contractors control and is also non warrantable. No warranty work shall be performed If customer drives on floor earlier than specified leaving imprinted car tire marks. Absolutely NO written, verbal, or implied warranty of any type shall be supplied for damage, blistering, peeling, or any such condition caused by, initiated by, or having anything in conjunction to concrete osmotic pressure, or silicates extruding from or out of concrete.
Warranty for 12 months as specified by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Besides term, warranty is the same as Residential.
This warranty does not cover the following: Any work where Brilliant (the "Contractor") did not supply the materials, or labor and or did not perform specified work. Brilliant does not warranty any surface that may absorb moisture and result in wood rot, termite damage, or delaminating due to deterioration of underlayment. Repaired area's will use colors as specified on original estimate, unless otherwise needed a custom match may be purchased at owners expense. Bleeding of color caused by rust, knots, or acid rain. Ordinary wear and tear. Peeling layers of paint below and prior to the application supplied by Contractor. Structural defects, movement of concrete slab, or settling movements. Damage caused whole or in part from fire, cooking oil, flood, acts of God, negligence of other workers or contractors, or any other causes beyond the control of Brilliant Epoxy Floors Inc.
